	Needs Support no interest even with teacher help 1 pts	With Help needed teacher help to begin 2 pts	Independent began working right away 3 pts
Listening to direction	Needs Support distracted with environment, talked while directions were given, avoided eye contact with teacher even after non-verbal and verbal teacher reaction, showed confusion to verbal directives	With Help followed listening procedures after teacher redirection, showed mild confusion to verbal directives	Independent followed listening procedures with little or no directive, showed understanding of verbal directives
Motivation/Participation	Needs Support Showed very little interest in beginning activity, complained about participation in the activity	With Help Showed interest in activity but lost interest after a few minutes, began complaining about participation in activity	Independent Seemed very eager to begin activity, continued participation after several minutes, complained very little about participation in activity
