The article is clearly but succinctly summarized. The student has identified the overall purpose of the article in a well-conceived topic introduction/summary. The student has a complete and detailed understanding of the article and has highlighted key points as well as appropriate supporting details in the summary section. The article summary takes up no more than one third of the total assignment. All important information was described well.
