Patient Placement of board Student finds an assistant. Instructs patient to place arms across chest. Making sure that a sheet is directly under the patient, he/she is rolled to one side. Slide board Placement Student places slide board underneath the patient, making sure that sheet does not tangle.	Poor Student performs tasks with 3 or more errors.	Fair Student performs the task with no more than 2 errors.	Good Student performs the task with no errors.
Patient Placement Once the slide board is under the patient as far as it will go, the student rolls the patient back down onto the slide board and using the sheet, positions the patient in the middle of the slide board.
