Papers	3 All papers are in the correct folders or notebook. No loose papers in desk.	2 Most papers are in folders or notebook, but there may be 1 or 2 loose papers.	1 Several papers shoved inside desk.
Pencils/Pens	3 Three sharpened or mechanical pencils and one red checking pen inside the white tub.	2 At least one sharpened or mechanical pencil in the white tub. One pencil and one pen loose inside desk.	1 Pencils and pens scattered around inside desk.
Folders/Notebooks/Books	3 Stacked neatly and well organized inside desk.	2 Stacked neatly inside desk, but may not be organized well.	1 Placed randomly or shoved inside desk.
Supplies	3 All daily supplies in white tub and pencil bag. Extra supplies or those not needed often are stored in Ziplock in table bin.	2 Most daily supplies in white tub and pencil bag.
