Cooperation and Task Commitment How do the students seem to get along in discussion to set the OS.	Poor Does not want to work with others. Not helpful.	Fair Shows some interest in listening and talking to others.	Good Shows high involvement and contributing to conversations and shows high interest.
Attitude How the individual carries themselves and reacts while setting the OS.	Poor Shows that they have little to no respect for themselves others.	Fair Shows that they take care of themselves and believe in what they are doing.	Good Head held high. Belief in themselves and others. Strong and positive language.
Communications How they interact with their peers during meetings and class work	Poor Unable to speak or write clearly and is unable to correct their behavior despite intervention by instructors, does not actively listen (requires instructions to be repeated or appears unable to follow directions,) resistant to learning new communications strategies.	Fair Speaking clearly, writing legibly, listening actively, adjusting communications strategies to various situations.	Good Working on self and assisting classmates in improving speaking and writing abilities, models and is able to demonstrate active listening techniques to other students, is comfortable utilizing a variety of communication styles.

Puts in the time and energy to improve toward goals.
Engagement How does one lose themselves in the activity of setting the OS.	Poor Pays no attention to the activity. Not active in the lesson.	Fair Moderate involvement. Sometimes engaged and active in the lesson. Other times fades to the back and is uninvolved.	Good Stays active and engaged in the activity. volunteers. Try to get others involved. Works hard to improve.
