Physical Well-Being - Group Workout 
In groups, students will create a fitness routine based on the requirements provided. Fitness routines will have a warm-up, a series of exercises to complete the routine, and a cool down.

Warm-Up

Excellent

Students provide 5 detailed exercises that make sense to the routine. The student intends to warm-up the muscles that will be used during the workout.
Good

Students provide 5 fairly detailed exercises. Most of the exercises will properly warm-up the muscles being used in the exercise routine.
Fair

Students provide a few exercises, but only a few muscle groups are used in the exercises. The exercises are not detailed.
Poor

Students did not include any warm up exercises in the routine.
Workout Routine

Excellent

Students use all of the required amount of time and include all students in vigorous exercise for the full time. Student leaders explain and run the activities extremely well.
Good

Students use most of the required amount of time and include all students in vigorous exercise for most of the workout time. Student leaders explain and run the activities well.
Fair

Students do not use all of the required amount of time and/or do not include all students in vigorous exercise for the full time. Student leaders are somewhat unclear with explanations and leading the workout.
Poor

Students do not have a full workout planned, and are unable to lead the activity.
Cool Down

Excellent

Students included well-planned cool down stretches at the end of the routine.
Good

Students included cool down stretches at the end of the routine, though may not be fully explained or last 5 minutes.
Fair

Students included only a brief cool down or did not lead the cool down effectively.
Poor

Students did not included a cool down stretching in the routine.
Workout Plan

Excellent

The plan meets all criteria and is written well enough that anyone could use the routine. Sources are included, where possible.
Good

The plan meets most criteria and is written well enough the routine could be followed by others. Sources are usually included, where possible.
Fair

The plan meets some criteria, but the plan is somewhat unclear or missing the required elements. Some sources may also not be included.
Poor

The plan meets few or none of the required criteria, is unclear, and/or missing the required elements. Sources not included.
