They are somewhat unclear or 1 step is missing.	Mastering Directions make it perfectly clear how to play the game. They are neatly written with minimal errors.
Format and Purpose	Beginning The purpose partially relates to natural disasters and the game board doesn't clearly represent the theme.	Developing The game closely relates to natural disasters and the board somewhat represents the theme.	Mastering The game relates to Natural Disaster and the game board represents this theme.
Questions	Beginning There are less than 24 questions/answers and/or it is unclear how they relate to the game.	Developing There are between 24 and 30 question/answers and they are well incorporated into the game.
