Color Wheel	Level 5 The color wheel is EXCEPTIONALLY drawn and colored in, which means that each color is next to the correct color on the wheel.	Level 4 The color wheel is WELL drawn and colored in properly, which means that each color is next to the correct color on the wheel.	Level 3 The color wheel is drawn and colored in PROPERLY, which means that each color is next to the correct color on the wheel.	Level 2 Color wheel is POORLY drawn has one mistake in placement or coloring.	Level 1 Color wheel is poorly drawn has MORE THAN ONE mistake in placement or coloring.
Effort	Level 5 The student gave an effort far beyond the requirements of the project.	Level 4 The student completed the project in an above average manner, yet more could have been done.
