Each design team chooses ONE house style & theme. Ex: Block 1 chooses a Log cabin & rustic/mountain vacation lifestyle/theme. E&P of Design will used effectively in the house design. A TEAM label to convey the house style included. All phase of the Design Process are followed: programming, schematic design, development, contract docs, contract admin, & display (move in - post occupancy)

A google doc is submitted with team members' names & their constructive contribution for initial start up. Graphed exterior elevations on two sides and one rendering is required to be turned in by group.Drawn to 1/4" scale. use of graph paper & proper use of ruler/straight edge. Listening, feedback, & problem solving is smooth & "forward thinking". Steps are decided & followed smoothly. Structure is in process.	Lookin' Good REFINE DESIGN CRITICAL ANALYSIS APPROVAL OF SOLUTIONS CLIENT REVIEW & APPROVAL Fair to good coordinated effort. Most group members show positive commitment. Project Mgr & team members (staff) communicate "okay" and come to resolution on most things. Steps are decided & followed.
