Skill prepping resident PUT ON GLOVES ( or right after obtaining water in basin) Give resident call bed and state you will be back ( filling basin 3/4 of the way with water 105 degrees) place basin on overbed table. siderails up and raise bed to working level fanfold sheet and place bath blanket on resident count of 3 turn resident to CHANGE barrier under them. legs in lithotomy position while keeping blanket in triangular shape. Skill buttocks place washcloth mit on and add water and soap you can start at either side of buttocks: WASH Start anal area and move up, then center anal area and up then last side anal area up ( 3 wash areas) Repeat with RINSE Repeat with DRY	Excellent All completed without assist of instructor. Ending skill remove barrier and throw in garbage (count 3 to turn) make sure gown is down and remove blanket and place sheet back on resident place bed in lowest position not letting the bag touch the floor give call bell to resident stating you are going to empty and clean the basin use proper IC tech to open, shut water and barriers wash, rinse and dry basin	Excellent All completed without assist of instructor.
