Proficient understanding of evaluating expression.
Approach to Problem	Level 1 Unable to generate any strategies to solve the problem.	Level 2 Beginning to develop a strategy attempts the problem.	Level 3 Developed a strategy to solve but fails to complete the problem.	Level 4 Shows a strategy to solve the problem. Writing and solving the expression.
