Identifying features	E - Elementary Student cannot identify the minute and hour hand accurately on a time clock with assistance.	D- Basic Student with assistance can identify the hour hand and the minute hand on a time clock with some errors.	C- Sound Student can accurately identify the hour and minute hand one at the time clock. Student can distinguish hours and minutes relating to hands with few errors.	B - High Student can accurately identify the hour and minute hand one at a time on the clock most of the time. Can identify numbers correlating to the minute and hour. hands most of the time.
