Student does not demonstrate ability to perform CrossFit/Fitness movements.

Student has difficulty performing CrossFit/Fitness movements and often needs assistance.

Student demonstrates ability to perform CrossFit/Fitness movements and is working within their target zone
Excellent

Student demonstrates ability to perform CrossFit/Fitness movements and is working beyond their target zone while encouraging others to work within their target zone.
Collaboration

Poor

Student does not demonstrate ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively.
Fair

Student has to be reminded to work cooperatively and doesn't always stay on task accomplishing tasks.
Good

Student works cooperatively and collaboratively with others.
Excellent

Student works cooperatively and collaboratively with other students with an understanding of how other's intensity levels may be different than their own while also encouraging others to also work cooperatively.
