Skeletal System Adaptation BCR 
Students will discuss the importance of the skeletal system and how our skeleton helps us adapt to our environment. Question: How has our skeleton helped humans adapt to their environment? How might humans be different if they had bones like birds which are light and hollow? What if our entire skeleton was made of cartilage like a shark’s?
