iRubric: Student Driven Project Rubric

There are many problems with the project that distract from its effectiveness. Problems may include poor visual presentation, lack of coherent theme or actual theme development.

There are some problems but overall the project is able to communicate about the issue.

Any problems are so minimal that they don't distract from the effectiveness of the message.

Project is well edited, clear / original message/topic.

iMovie is a series of unrelated clips; may be silly or project not taken seriously.

Students take project seriously but information may be organized in a way that makes the psa difficult to understand.

Material is well organized. Some photos/clips may be loosely related to topic.

Material is well organized and all clips make sense with the topic.

No voice/music track of any kind.

Music is copyrighted or voice track is hard to understand. Most music matches the tone of the video.

Music is copyright-free. Voice is easy to hear most of the time. Music matches the tone of the video

Music is copyright-free. Voice track is easy to hear throughout the entire video. Music enhances the message of the video.
