Question Completion	Poor Did not restate the question at all.	Fair Attempted to restate the question, but was ineffective.	Good Restated almost all parts of the question.	Excellent Restated the question completely.
Answers the Question	Poor Did not answer the question at all.	Fair Missed part of the question.	Good Considered all parts of the question but had only partial of it.	Excellent Considered all parts of the question and answered each part accurately.
Elaborate	Poor Did not make a connection to the question at all; did not explained further.	Fair Attempted to make a connection to the question, but the relationship was weak. Tried to explain, but was ineffective.	Good Made a connection to the question, and explained.	Excellent Made a connection with the question and clearly explained its relationship to the question.
