Seam lines are matched so that a pinwheel is made and points of half-square triangles make a star in the middle of the square of at least 3 pinwheels.

At least two half-square triangles are made so that they come to a point in the middle of the pinwheel blocks on all 4 pinwheels.

Seam lines do not match each other in any of the pinwheelsand do not come to a point in the center of the block.
Half-Square Triangles

Good

Nearly all half-square triangles come to a point, allowing for a star to be made in the center of the pinwheel.
