Attractively constructed	Outstanding Toy is extremely well-put together. Looks like a professional and/or manufactured toy. No obvious mistakes. A child would want to play with and purchase this toy.	Very Good Toy is well-put together. A lot of care and consideration was put into it. A few mistakes.	Good Toy is put together fairly well.	Fair Toy did not take much thought. It might last for a little while but will fall apart after a couple of uses.
Functionality	Outstanding The toy does what it is intended to do. If a child/parent followed the directions, he/she would easily be able to understand how the toy is to be used	Very Good The toy does what it is intended to do. If a child/parent followed the directions, he/she would be able to use the toy, however they might have to ask questions of the designer first.
