They are somewhat unclear or 1 step is missing.	Mastering Directions make it perfectly clear how to play the game. They are neatly written with minimal errors.
Format and Purpose	Beginning The purpose partially relates to the given reading material and the game board doesn't clearly represent the theme.	Developing The game closely relates to reading material and the board somewhat represents the theme.	Mastering The game relates to given reading material and the game board represents this theme.
Questions	Beginning There are less than 20 questions/answers and/or it is unclear how they relate to the game.	Developing There are between 20 and 25 question/answers and they are well incorporated into the game.	Mastering There are 25 or more questions and answers, and they are well incorporated into the game.
