Pronunciation performance in the communication practice 
This rubric is designed for 15 to 19 age group of students who are going to attempt for IELTS. Thus, pronunciation performance of linking vowel to vowel for communicative practice is a crucial part for them. Here, I categories the pronunciation criteria in terms of poor, fair, good and excellent user with points for each aspects which is suitable for the learners age level.

Uses 1 to 3 vocabularies from the given resources but rarely join and having difficulty with joining vowel to vowel in word boundaries, and only able to talk and convey basic meaning on the topic and rarely attempts paraphrase.
Fair

Uses 4 to 6 vocabularies from the given resources with some correct use of joining of vowel to vowel, and able to discuss the topic at length and make meaning clear in spite of inappropriacies but generally paraphrases successfully.
Good

Uses 7 or more vocabularies from the given resources with accurate use of linking vowel to vowel as well as uses less common and idiomatic vocabularies of his own and uses paraphrases effectively.
Excellent

Uses vocabulary with full flexibility of joining vowel to vowel in word boundaries, and precision with the topic and uses idiomatic language naturally and accurately, and also uses most of the given vocabularies in the speech by maintaining proper rules of linking vowel to vowel.

Poor

Makes less developments of the topic and links basic sentences but with repetitious use of simple connectives and some break downs in coherence.
Fair

Willing to developed the topic at length though may loss coherence at times due to occasional repetitions, also uses a range of connectives and discourse markers but not always appropriately.

Develops the topic at length without noticeable effort or loss of coherence but has some language related hesitations, and uses a range of connectives and discourse markers with some flexibility.
Excellent

Develops the given topic fully and appropriately and uses fully appropriate cohesive features.
