Excellent detailed examination of thoughts, feelings, beliefs, and ideas. Values learning though experience and challenging personal experiences with chosen topic. Applies course materials to exploration and engages the reader in the examination. Reveals honest and thorough self-reflection.

Quality consists of scribbled notes, little attention paid to legibility and/or grammar.

Little thought to the needs of an outside reader.

Entries are legible and the majority of grammar is correct.
