Not all figures depict a different pose. Some figures might not depict a dance pose and/or a pose might be repeated. Most or all of the poses are extremely basic and could be made much more interesting with additional effort from the student.

Each figure depicts a different pose, however, one or more of the figures might not be depicting a dance pose or the pose chosen might be somewhat mundane and/or basic.

Each figure depicts a unique and interesting dance pose. Each dance pose is different and engaging to look at.

The background around each figure has a few or no variety in lines and patterns. The student did not experiment and the backgrounds look empty and bare. No sense of movement has been created through the use of lines or patterns.

The background around each figure has some different types of lines and patterns, however, the student could have experimented more and included more variety in their lines and patterns. The lines and patterns create some sense of movement around their figures, but more effort could have been made to create additional variety.

The background around each figure is full of a variety of lines and patterns. The student experimented and included many different types of lines and patterns. The lines and patterns add a sense of movement to the dancing figures and seem to radiate outward from the figures.

Class time was not used wisely and student put little effort into the assignment.
