	Exceeds the Standard - Level 4 10 pts	Meets the Standard - Level 3 7 pts	Developing - Level 2 5 pts	Unsatisfactory - Level I 0 pts
Participation/Performance	Exceeds the Standard - Level 4 90-100% of students achieve all of the Fine Arts Standards in the areas of participation and performance. Students participate in a performance for the school and community as part of their evaluation.	Meets the Standard - Level 3 80-90% of the students achieve 2 of the 3 Fine Arts Standards in the areas of participation and performance.	Developing - Level 2 60-70% of the students meet 1 of 3 Fine Arts Standards and begin to show signs of growth in the area of participation and performance.	Unsatisfactory - Level I 50-60% of the students fail to follow directions of the Fine Art instructors when it comes to participating and performing as it relates to our Fine Arts Standards.
