Pronunciation	Poor Student had poor pronunciation making it difficult to understand.	Fair Ss was slightly unclear with pronunciation making some words difficult to understand.	Satisfactory Pronunciation was satisfactory and did not interfere with the understanding of the message.	Good Pronunciation was mostly clear and easy to understand.
Volume of Voice	Poor Volume was not sufficient enough to hear and follow the presentation	Fair Volume of voice was fair. Speaker was sometimes hard to hear making it difficult to follow the presentation.	Satisfactory Volume of voice was satisfactory enough to be able to follow the presentation without struggling.	Good Volume of Voice was good making it easy to follow the presentation.

Ss often hesitates or has incomplete sentences but is able to continue.	Satisfactory Speech is fairly smooth but with some hesitation and unevenness. Groping for words but can get the message across.	Good Speech is good and mostly smooth with limited hesitations.
Organization	Poor The presentation was poorly organized. No clear intro, body, conclusion or poor transitions to the next point.	Fair The organization was fair. Some ideas did not flow well into the next/ two or more rough transitions.	Satisfactory Organization was adequate and flowed basically well maybe only having one rough transition. Clear intro, body, and conclusion.	Good Organization was good. Clear intro, body, and conclusion. Smooth transitions throughout.
Media	Poor Media was not used well or at all. Media was distracting and it is not clear how it fit with the information.	Fair Media use was fair. Some elements were distracting or did not match well with the information. Or trouble with use of media.	Satisfactory Media use was sufficient. Images / sound were appropriate for the context.	Good Media was used well. Images and sound complimented and/or enhanced the content.
Overall Presentation	Poor Presentation was poor. Either not prepared, bad eye contact, bad posture, or excessive note reading.	Fair Presentation was fair. Some distracting postures that indicate lack of practice.	Satisfactory Presentation was satisfactory. Ss basically had good posture, eye contact, etc. Some note reading.	Good Presentation was good. Ss was prepared, had good posture and eye contact, and did not read from notes.
Timing	Poor Presentation did not last the full time or went over the time limit.	Fair Presentation lasted the appropriate time.	Satisfactory	Good
