	Poor 1 pts	Fair 2 pts	Good 3 pts
Throwing	Poor Athlete.. - points to target. -Step to target is off balance. -Drops Elbow -Does not follow through to target.	Fair Athlete.. -points to target -Steps to target with balance and control -Drops elbow on release. -Follows through to target.	Good Athlete.. -Points to target -Steps or shuffles to target. -Elbow is high all the way through the snap -Follows through to the opposite knee.
Catching	Poor Athlete.. -Moves away from ball -Turns head away -Sticks glove out to the ball	Fair Athlete -Moves to the side -Keeps eyes on the ball into glove. - Stabs at the ball. - Lack of soft hands on contact. -Body begins to move foreward after catch.	Good Athlete - moves to the ball - Tries to catch in the center of the body -Watches the ball all the way into the glove. -Body starts to move foreward to make a throw.
