Student uses a clear voice and correct, precise pronunciation of terms so that all audience members can hear presentation.

Student's voice is clear. Student pronounces most words correctly. Most audience members can hear presentation.

Student's voice is low. Student incorrectly pronounces terms. Audience members have difficulty hearing presentation.

Student mumbles, incorrectly pronounces terms, and speaks too quietly for students in the back of class to hear.

Students includes the name and purpose of the object made, materials used, and why they choose to make that particular object.
Student stays on topic and provides detailed and thorough explanations.

Student forgets one of the points required for the speech. Students stays on topic and provides basic explanations.

Student forgets two of the points required for the speech. Student stays on topic but provides little explanation.

Students forgets three or more points required for the speech. Student is off topic at times throughout the presentation.
