Presence/Salute Candidate should demonstrate confidence and leadership; salutes should be short, clean, and direct.	Fair Candidate displays no presence; does not perform a salute	Good Candidate displays little presence; performs a salute that is unclear and lackluster	Excellent Candidate displays an adequate presence; performs a salute - lacks direction/creativity	Superior Candidate displays a very strong presence and commands attention; performs a precise and thoughtful salute
