Training Program Evaluation 
This rubric is specifically designed for the facilitators who teach behavior intervention training at Built for Greater Enrichment Centers based on the Kirkpatrick Model. It will measure the trainers overall delivery, knowledge, and effectiveness of the program.

The Trainer will demonstrate full understanding of the company’s crisis behavior core competencies and processes with 90 accuracy, as evidenced by training direct care staff safely and efficiently.

Fails to meet program goals less than 60%, demonstrating unacceptable actions.

Level 1 (25 %) Reaction

Utilizing management materials the Facilitator is able to reach every learner in the classroom, delivering training with an approach that meets the needs of their every learner’s learning style with 90% accuracy.

Poor

Loses track of time, mishandles materials. Participants are left confused about what they have been provided due to lack of instruction.
Fair

Makes effort towards using materials correctly. Though not completely clear, learners have an idea of what they're doing with the materials.
Good

Distributes materials and instructions in a clear fashion. Participants know what is expected of them.
Mastered

Operates materials in an efficient manner, providing instruction in multiple modalities. Participants know exactly what to do and when to do it.
Level 2 (25 %) Learner

Communicating goals and content the Facilitator is able to check for understanding throughout training with 90% accuracy.

Poor

Trainer displays many errors while teaching and fails to correct the participants when they state wrong information.
Fair

Though the trainer can display knowledge, he/she lacks clarity and struggles to articulate information.
Good

Trainer displays knowledge in content, as evidenced by connecting content with experience.
Mastered

Trainer displays extensive knowledge of content with the evidence of stating the content of behaviors and providing an adequate response of staff response.
Level 3 (25 %) Behavior

Incorporating individual and group learning activities, Facilitator is measured by learner response and participation, or lack thereof with 90% accuracy.

Poor

Trainer does not relate activities with content and participants are not engaged.
Fair

Trainer uses some activities related to the set objectives but also uses unrelated activities as well.
Good

All materials related to the training at hand, meeting instructional objectives. Almost all participants were engaged. Participants lead discussions on their comprehension.
Mastered

Participants engaged at 100%. Trainer provided examples, accommodations, and modifications when needed to enhance the experience.
Level 4 (25 %) Reaction

Demonstrating with real life scenarios of the treatment program, Facilitator provides clarity of objectives, surpassing objectives of levels one through three with 90% accuracy.

Poor

Objectives were not explained correctly, no conceptional understanding of participants.
Fair

Moderately clear objectives communicated by Trainer. Participants have a bit of understanding the concept of learning what the trainer taught.
Good

Trainer ensured the expectations were clear and concise throughout the training. Participants are able to demonstrate their learning.
Mastered

Trainer communicates clear measurable goals and objectives, learners build on their knowledge throughout training and are able to articulate those goals in their workplace, at the appropriate time.
