Provided information, and support in each paragraph. 30 points	Somewhat met the Criteria Somewhat stayed on topic throughout the letter, provided some information but did not introduce the purpose of the letter. 25 points	Failed to meet the Criteria Was off topic throughout the letter. Provided no personal information and failed to introduce the purpose of the letter. 20 points
Page setup	Met all Criteria Correctly set up the page margins as follows: Top: 2", Bottom: 1", Left: 1", and Right: 1". 10 points	Somewhat met the Criteria Only half of the margins were set up correctly. (Ex. Top, Bottom only) 8 points	Failed to meet the Criteria Failed to set up the page with the appropriate margins on either sides. 6 points
Grammar/Punctuation/Spelling	Met all Criteria Has proper use of grammar and puntuation throughout the letter.
