Independence Rating Teachers will rate Troy's level of independence regarding use of the following skills:
	Poor Full support 1 pts	Fair Occasional support 2 pts	Good Independent and successful 3 pts
Self Advocacy Communicate with teachers to clarify expectations and request accommodations	Poor Troy has been observed to rarely approach teachers to clarify expectations and request accommodations independently. Troy usually requires direct verbal reminders to initiate these conversations.	Fair Troy has been observed to occasionally approach teachers to clarify expectations and request accommodations independently. He needs occasional direct verbal reminders to initiate these conversations.	Good Troy has been observed to usually approach teachers to clarify expectations and request accommodations independently. He almost never needs reminders or support to initiate these conversations.
Organization Turning in all work with no late penalities	Poor Troy has many missing assignments. Many of the assigments that have been turned in have received late penalites. Troy requires maximim organizational support to achieve success on this goal.	Fair Troy has minimal missing assignments. Occasional assignments that have been turned in have received late penalities. Troy requries occasional support to acheive success on this goal.	Good Troy is not missing any assigments. He has turned in assignments at agreed deadlines. and is not receiving any late penalties. Troy needs minimal to no support to achieve success on this goal.
