Content There is a title, and three reasons why someone should choose that reform.	Exceeds Student has clearly written a title of their reform and has three reasons why you should agree with their reform.	Meets Student has a title and three reasons/details for their reform.	Below Student has a title and has at least 2 reasons/details for their reform.	Does Not Meet There is no title and/or only one detail about their reform.
Picture There is a picture/graphic to help explain or describe the reform.	Exceeds The picture helps the class gain a better understanding of the reform and it makes sense.	Meets The picture helps the class understand the reform the student chose.	Below Picture is somewhat unclear as to how it connects to the reform chosen.	Does Not Meet Picture does not make any sense or does not exist.
Color The poster is colored and looks nice.	Exceeds There are different colors all working together to make the poster look nice.	Meets The student has used only two or three markers to make the poster.	Below Student has used only one color to make the poster.	Does Not Meet Color is missing from the poster.
Readable The poster is neat and organized, very easy to read.	Exceeds The poster can be easily read from a far distance. It looks neat and that thought has been put into it.	Meets The poster can be read from a good distance. It is neat and organized.	Below The poster can be read from a short distance AND/OR it is only somewhat neat and organized.	Does Not Meet The poster is hard to read from any distance and is not neat or organized.
Mechanics Spelling, Grammar, Capitalization and Punctuation all matter.	Exceeds There are no mechanical errors.	Meets There are 1-2 mechanical errors.	Below There are 3-5 mechanical errors.	Does Not Meet There are more than 5 mechanical errors.
