Fair Student only listed one property of the identified state of matter on their poster.	Good Student met the standard by identifying properties of matter and by drawing examples of the states of matter on their poster.
Explain how states of matter change	Poor Student only explained how matter changes to one form	Fair Student met the standard by explaining how matter can change to two forms only.	Good Student met the standard by explaining how matter can change to all 3 forms.
Visual presentation and Performance	Poor Student's poster did not display all necessary information. Student did not do an activity to demonstrate how matter changes.	Fair Student's poster displayed all necessary information. However, it was not organized or colorful. The student demonstrated their activity but did not explain how matter can change.
