According to the Georgia Performance Standards Commision, by the end of Level V, students will exhibit Intermediate-Low level proficiency in speaking and writing. This rubric was designed accordingly and will be used to provide feedback for written and oral assessments in this course.

Intermediate Mid

Communication is limited to those predictable and concrete exchanges. Handles uncomplicated communicative tasks in straightforward social situations.
