The introduction presents the overall topic and draws audience into the presentation by relating to audiences' interests or goals.

The text is difficult to read with long blocks of text, small point size of fonts, inappropriate contrasts, and poor use of headings, subheadings, or formatting.

Overall readablility is difficult with lengthly paragraphs, too many different fonts, dark or busy backgrounds.
