Research	Pass 3 POINTS Student participated in research process with help of para-professional with 3 or less redirections.	Fail 0 POINTS Student did not participate in the in- class research. He needed 4 or more promts to partipate.
Information	Pass 3 POINTS Student identified 2 qualities of an effective leader in the (minimum) 1 page report and also described how this leader enacted change within his/her community.	Fail 0 POINTS Student identified less than 2 qualities in the 1 page report and/or did not discuss how his/her leader changed the community.
Comprehension	Pass 3 POINTS Student comprehended material at a minimum of a 2nd grade reading level with 70% accuracy (as indicated by response to assigned questions).	Fail 0 POINTS Student's level of comprehension of the material was beloe that of a second grade reading level (with less than 70% accuracy).
Writing Skills	Pass 3 POINTS Using the additional supports provided, student was able to write a 1 page report describing 2 qualities of an effective leader and how he/she changed the community.	Fail 0 POINTS Even after significant accomodations and supports, student was unable to fulfill 1 page report requirement describing 2 qualities of an effective leader and how he/she has changed the community.
