Performance Steps Student performance using tools and equipment.	Poor Little effort was made to perform the safety operation steps.	Fair Effort was made to perform the steps but 99% or less was achieved.	Good Effort was made and performance steps was 100% completed correctly.
Assignment Completed Student complete all phases of the exam.	Poor Assignment was not handed in or not handed in in with instructor signature of completion. No name or complete name on exam.
