Theme Conversion Project Rubric Presentation Rubric Rubric for evaluating student presentations. Can be applied to any presentation. Presentation Rubric

Organization	Poor no sequence of information.	Fair student jumps around attempting to create order	Excellent Student presents information in logical, interesting sequence which audience can follow.
Subject Knowledge	Poor -Does not identify theme - Does not introduce media - Demonstrates with surface understanding -Explains theme's affect with confusion	Fair -Identifies theme with uncertainty -Introduces media with some knowledge -Demonstrates with growing insight -Explains theme's quest connection with some insight	Excellent -Identifies theme with confidence -Introduces media as researched -Demonstrates the theme connection with creativity -Explains the theme's quest connection with great insight
Use of Web 2.0	Poor -Exhibits only a rudimentary understanding of the Web 2.0 application	Fair -Exhibits an emerging understanding of the chosen Web 2.0 application	Excellent -Exhibits a proficient understanding of the chosen Web. 2.0 application
Elocution	Poor -Mumbles, incorrectly pronounces terms -speaks too quietly for students in the back of class to hear. -Does not look at audience	Fair -Student's voice is low. -Student incorrectly pronounces terms. -Audience members have difficulty hearing presentation.	Excellent -Student uses a clear voice and correct, precise pronunciation of terms -all audience members can hear presentation.
Set Up	Poor Asks for another day for preparation.	Fair Takes 3-5 min. to set up presentation	Excellent Organized and well prepared for set up of presentation by having thought out all aspects of preparation in advance.
Time	Poor +/- 15% (60-80 sec.)	Fair +/- 10% (40-60 sec.)	Excellent Met required time
