Investigator will Conduct an Entrance Briefing to the standards outlined in the Operations Manual, Investigator Training Manual, and HM 4101/4601 as discussed. TLO#9 Demonstrate interviewing best practices. ELO#1 Describe the purpose of the interview. ELO#2 Use effective interview techniques. ELO#3 Discuss disclosure of information during inspections.

• The investigator ask simple direct questions that involve one subject or item under investigation. If the answer is vague or evasive, the interviewer should rephrase the question.
