Segment Time 25 % Does the segment meet the required time limit?	Excellent Segment is perfectly timed! Viewer does not get bored by the length and is NOT left wanting more information!	Good Long enough to get the point of the story across in an effective manner but may be missing some important, key points.	Fair Video gets some of the information, message or story across to the viewer but viewer is left wanting more.	Poor Does NOT come close to meeting the required time or is excessively long. Difficult for the viewer to get a strong grasp of the information, message or story.
