Craftmanship	Beginning The hand looks thrown together at the last minute. It appears that little design or planning was done. Didn't follow directions when applying plaster causing it to be lumpy or falling apart.	Developing The design appears to be planned out. However, the hand has several visible flaws, such as messy painting or poor construction.	Proficient The hand design was well thought and planned out. There are a few visible flaws.	Advanced Great care and time were given in the design of the hand. The hand is appealing and shows no flaws.
