Bias 25 % students were asked to write two different articles, each one having its different bias	Excellent student managed to show two extreme different biases with the same information	Good student wrote two articles with differences, not as extreme but just as good.	Fair student only pointed little differences, they missed the opportunity to say more.	Poor student didn't show the different biases in their work	Highly Insufficient student didn't do the two articles, as required
Fluence 25 % the flow of the text... is it easy to read?	Excellent the text is easy to read, it's easy to understand, it flows very good.	Good the student had some minor problems with the content and the way they wanted to express themselves, but nothing that jeopardized the understanding of the text	Fair it was a little hard to understand, but the student managed to get their ideas on the text	Poor it was very hard to understand, having literal translated terms, so hard that it was almost impossible to understand what they wanted to express	Highly Insufficient it ws extremely hard to understand, there was no connection of ideas, poor english skills
Writing process 25 % How to write and article using data from survey	Excellent the student really put the context, commented about the survey, wrote more than just gave numbers. it is really an article, not just data from a survey	Good the student gave a little context to the numbers, it wasn't as impressive but it was not poor.	Fair the student talked a little about the data, giving redundant comments	Poor the comments about the data were shallow, obvious and seems effortless.	Highly Insufficient the student only gave the numbers, giving little to no context about the matter
Grammar 25 % Enter description	Excellent little to no grammar mistakes; usage of proper vocabulary	Good some minor mistakes, as "there to be" or misspelling;	Fair bigger mistakes, as he/she/it conjugation; poor vocabulary choices	Poor a lot of basic grammar mistakes; use of portuguese literal translation	Highly Insufficient more than 4 basic grammar mistakes, very hard to check each one
