Conversation and Pronunciation Rubric

Bookcasting is a recorded audio podcast about a original book. A bookcast is a recording of a short story that you can create and share with one another. Free online tools such as Audacity http://audacity.com, G Cast http://gcast.com, or Pod Bean http://podbean.com make recording audio and sharing simple. The podcast should be 5-7 minutes in length and should include a clear description of the genre, characters, plot, and setting.

You will be put into groups of 2 and will be asked to create a short play. After creating a short role play, your group will then perform your role play to a class.

Students will create an "English video" that will be 2 to 3 minutes in length. A role-play, soap-opera, product, movie trailer, etc. The video must include each partner speaking 120 words of English. All members of the team will contribute and participate in the video. You may use others for your video. The final script due 24/11/2014 the video is due 01/12/2014.
