This rubric is an assessment of final product and presentation of various foods.

A parent/guardian will evaluate the student's performance and food product.

Students are to create a power point presentation outlining important points about the lodging concept. Students must present information & power point presentation to the class. The power point should demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the topic researched and allow the presenter an opportunity to present (not just read slides to the students); students will give appropriate credit to where information was gathered.
