Rubric to be used for grading history projects/presentations

Assigned group will lead classmates in an activity involving leadership. They will have all supplies and directions needed for their activity.

Students will deliver a speech that is at least 5-7 minutes in length that demonstrates a skill of the student's choosing.

Historical Globalization Movie Poster

For this project you will need to present the Historical Event that your team was assigned, once you have chosen your project, you need to make sure to include the following in your project: Where and When the Historical Event Happened Causes and Effects of the Historical Event 5 Facts about the Historical Event Main Characters and How the Event Affected Their Life How the Event Changed People's Lives or the Community

The students will research and put together a poster presentation about World War II. The presentation will contain information and pictures that the students collected regarding information about World War II. In total, the student should have ten facts that will provide their classmates a better understanding of World War II. Each of the ten facts should have at least one picture to represent it on the poster.

History Performance.

Create a 60-90 second News Interview. Create this project as if it was in the time period of your assigned historical event.

Create a time Capsule for your ancient civilization. The time capsule must have 5 objects in it that represent artifacts from your time period. Each item must have a note card explaining object and why it was important to your civilization.

This rubric evaluates a student created Quizizz.

Make several puppets to use in retelling your choice from the Civil War Timeline. Presentation should be 4-6 minutes in length.

Presenting diorama of one of the Native American Tribes.

Students will create their own code of laws.
