Question Formation	5 Questions include a variety of facts which were discussed in class. Questions are very clearly worded and easy to understand.	4 Questions are pertinent , but were not discussed in class. Questions can be understood.	3 Questions are somewhat random and do not mention facts discussed in class. Questions are not very clear/confusing and difficult to understand.	2 Questions have nothing to do with tour recent study. Questions can not be understood.
Answer Creation	5 Each question has 3 thoughtful answer possibilities that are connected. (Does not apply to true/false questions) Correct answer is included for every question.	4 Most of the questions have 3answer possibilities that are generally connected.
