Food Web Modeling Rubric

Students will identify producers and consumers in the savanna ecosystems of Gorongosa National Park in Mozambique and the Sonora Desert. Students will then create food chains to show the flow of energy in that system, introduce ecological forces or disturbances (e.g., fire), and predict how these disturbances would impact energy flow. Lastly, students will construct a more complex model of the flow of energy by depicting multiple relationships in a food web
