This rubric is to be used to assess an editor's final copy of a layout for the school newspaper.

Students will create a visual dictionary using the vocabulary words. In this dictionary they must provides the definition of the word, the part of speech, pronunciation key, and a complete sentence using in its properly .

Students will research, plan, and compose a speech in which their performance will be evaluated in terms of specific standards set in class, including the clarity and completeness of your speech and the quality of your presentation in explaining your topic matter. Non-verbal communication is highlighted.

This rubric will be used to grade the overall dramatization. The points obtained will be multiplied by 2 for a total of 50. This will be gotten as a group. This will give you a 50 of a total 100 points

This rubric is meant to help guide in the creation of your oral presentation project. Each category in the far left column represents a component of the project that will be taken into consideration when calculating the final grade for this assignment. Review the rubric carefully before, during and after the creation of the PowerPoint presentation, to ensure that all intended elements of your PowerPoint have been represented and all other criteria have been met.
