Garden Project
Students will work together in preparing, planting and tending a mini garden. Students in different blocks may work together sharing in the experience and responsibilities of gardening. Students must choose plants that will mature within the semester. Students will be given seeds in order to plant a garden in the designated area or grow station. Students will document preparation, planting, watering, and weeding the garden. Students will use the scientific method throughout the process.
