This rubric assesses a student's performance during in-class activities, including computer based learning activities and 'unplugged' activities that do not use the computers. Elements such as participation, pro-activity, skill proficiency, and follow-through are assessed in varying degrees according to the rubric.

The student will complete questions on worksheet and then create a presentation using either PowerPoint or Prezi with a minimum of 5 informational slides

7 rubric Healthy Snacks Menus       popup preview  
Groups will develop a menu that includes healthy snacks they can eat in between meals. They must have three categories. (In between breakfast and lunch, in between lunch and dinner, and after dinner.) Under each category students must include a minimum of three foods . They should use a wide variety of foods and not repeat them. Pictures of the foods must be included. Students will be reminded to label snacks, use good organization, and use proper spelling.
