Using sociological perspectives, theories of deviance, and techniques of neutralization to provide insight to some facet of illicit drug use. You may reflect on an individual, a town, or the topic in general. You must, however, use specifics from material covered in class and classroom discussion.

Students are to select a current social justice issue relating to psychology, sociology or anthropology. Such topics include; human rights issues, women’s rights, health care, fair trade, censorship, homophobia, etc. After the topic is selected, students must use appropriate resources to research the selected topic while incorporating key concepts from the course into the paper.

From your "List of Successes," select 5 experiences including a success as a learner, as an individual, as a community member, and two other successes meaningful to you. You can include information from your Quilt Square and Scavenger Hunt. When I finish reading your autobiography, I should feel like I have known you forever. It should be APPROXIMATELY ONE AND A HALF PAGES long (750 words). Use your best writing skills. (No spelling, grammar, punctuation problems! NO TEXT WRITING!!)

What can set you apart from the competition is a well crafted and looking resume. A resume may be your only chance to make this impression. Construct a resume based upon a future job that you would like to prepare for or construct a resume based on a current job that you are trying to obtain now.

The paper should reflect your opinion on the nature vs nurture debate as it effects the development of who a person becomes. You should use evidence from the six informational sources analyzed in class to either support your original opinion or support your reasons for revising your original opinion.
